1.15 : I'm starting the kneading strokes now. This technique involves squeezing and lifting the muscle to improve blood flow and deeper relaxation.
1.16 : We're going to use friction here. It is a small, deep stroke designed to release the tension right at this specific point.
1.17 : I'm moving into Tapotement now. You'll feel a series of light, fast, rhythmic tapping/striking movements for stimulation.
